Stretchcarding
Stretchcards are constructed with high clarity films that lock a product in place onto a printed card. This allows for the combination of 360-degree product visibility with high impact graphics. Benefits include:

  • Products do not rotate in the package, and multiple products can be placed on one card.
        
  • The pilfer-evident package provides needed security.
         
  • DMI’s new 100% “Earth-friendly”, GEOPACK line is a green” package. The PLA film is corn-based and compostable. The board is made from recycled materials.

Thermoform Packaging
Thermoform packages include blisters, clamshells, trays, single and multiple packs, inner protective packaging, discs and more. All parts are designed and produced in house. Benefits include:

  • Strong product protection and security.
          
  • High level of retail acceptance.

Blister Packing
Blister carding combines a decorated back card with a clear thermoform blister. Benefits include:

  • Blister cards can be hung or slotted into countertop displays.
             
  • Blister cards can be designed to hold a selection of products.

Shrink Wrap and Shrink Sleeving
DMI’s shrink equipment efficiently wraps small and large items. Products are kept clean and protected.

Merchandising Display Options
To further enhance the retail presentation of our clients’ products, we provide high-impact, point-of-purchase displays.  These POP displays are custom designed to build brand awareness within the retail setting, while being easy to install and maintain.
We are proud to offer a wide variety of options for merchandise displays, including:  In-line wall configurations, counter units, freestanding displays and seasonal promotional displays.

Other Packaging Services
Include labeling, cartoning, coding, pack out lines for gift sets and other items, in-house machine shop, engineering analysis, and a custom design lab.
